Hi, I’m Angela — the heart behind Temple Training Co.For years, I chased fitness goals, diets, and perfection. I lost 100 pounds, but along the way, I realized what I was really searching for wasn’t a smaller body — it was a healed spirit.God met me there. He showed me that my body isn’t a project; it’s His temple — a place where His Spirit dwells. What once felt like striving became surrender.Now I walk with women who are ready to honor God with their bodies, renew their minds, and find peace in the process. Together, we train not for vanity, but for vitality — not to prove something, but to praise Someone.I’m a certified personal trainer, currently completing my nutrition and women’s health specializations — but above all, I’m a believer who’s seen firsthand how God redeems the body, mind, and spirit when we give Him the glory.~ Angela Williams, CPT
